For those who wanted to know, 87 weeks is about 20 months.

And if you're either stupid or tired, that's nearly a year and a half

I asked my coworker about this, and apparently pediatricians like using months until two years of age. It's easier to track development and milestones.

But unless I am a doctor it's completely unnecessary to tell me their age in months much less weeks

If your baby is one year, say that. Only doctors need to know months.

I'm in childcare and we use months up to 2 as well. There is really a HUGE difference developmentally between, say, 14 and 20 months old.
