I dislike it because it's based upon mocking others. Most other memes, specifically spongebob ones, are usually about bad things happening to you/the experiencer of the meme. Think "And I only cried for 20 minutes" or "I have 3 dollars" or even the more recent spongegar meme, which is about being in a bad situation. However, this new meme isn't like any of those, since it's about demeaning others. But that's just my two cents.

People have been mocking others by repeating what they said and adding quotation marks, for a long time. Now they've just got a meme to go with it.
