When the legends said something

That's my favorite of all of them.

After experiencing the worst pain imaginable, then there is nothing left that can hurt you.

In that vein, I'm surprised that Janis Joplin isn't on this list for a line in Me and Bobby McGee:

"Freedom's just another word for nothin' left to lose."

But losing them would always hurt

Wasn't me friend.
It isn't fear, it is abject terror. I regret that I know those feeling all too well. Whether it works out and you become theirs... or it doesn't and you might remain freinds... a friend that you care about to much and still want in your life...

Call me cynical, call me jaded...
But 'win' or 'lose,' love is pain. It is always pain.

I know nothing else and it's my own fault.
