Bullying is a natural state of human packs, no matter how many pamphlets you hand out. Even if you manage to coddle these little betacucks you're only doing them a disservice; the real world is fast and cruel and no one gives a shit about your thin skin. Grow up kiddies, or don't, we need janitors to clean up the corner offices too.
Yet, it's better to inform about it, regardless. Bullying sucks. I went through it. It toughened me up, the moment I realized I was better than the shit they were saying. I had been taught how to handle it. Now, calling someone a betacuck is a bit fucking weird. Also, @ghengistron assuming that they will be janitors is kinda fucking stupid, don't you think? Janitors are kinda important, in all honesty. Otherwise, you'd be forced to clean up your own shit, and take care of your own crap. They are doing you a service that is necessary. Without them, you'd be bitching and whiny about having to do your own shit. So... why bite at the hand that assists?

Raping is also a natural state of human packs. Someone calling bully victims "betacucks" who shouldn't be "cuddled" is but a piece of trash. I'm not at all surprised to see who's making and seconding this type of statement.
Many things are "natural," but the great thing about being human is that we have metacognition, language, morals, etc. We can reflect on our thoughts and actions and *gasp* make choices. No one is disagreeing that the real world can be cruel, but it's not right to assume that intimidation, harassment, etc. (e.g., telling someone to kill themselves) is a normal and healthy aspect of the real world.
I snaped at him and gave him a scar on his neck
