Well that's not in the United States. You would need a full rail system, a harness with lanyard, a hard hat, safety glasses, a reflective vest and hard hat. You would need an 8 hour course to become "a compitent person" in order to use the lift and some one would be required to stand at the bottom to secure the area. I'm probably missing a few requirements as well.

Not to mention the union mandated breaks and hour lunch, and you'd better hope you don't have asthma or even a mild fear of heights (I'd get 10 feet up and either pass out because I'm a lazy cuss with a bad leg or freak out from the height.)
