Except, the Law of Entropy states that the universe always moves from a more ordered state to a less ordered state. Therefore, unless energy is being expended to make that happen, it won't.

that's if you consider that ordered. It could happen, given infinite time and therefore infinite energy. Since neither seem to be infinite the probability that it won't happen is not only astronomically small, but is constantly decreasing.
