I'd have the judge disbarred for that. A person can only be accountable for the actions they choose to commit. Having sex which results in a child whether you want that child or not is a conscious decision that you have mutually agreed too (not counting rape). This ^^ was a unilateral decision by an single person which should have been treated the same as if someone went to a sperm bank and was artificially inseminated. The only difference is that the woman knew who the donation came from. Any decent lawyer should be able to get this overturned and make a good case for remuneration from the woman and the court.
In the eyes of the law even property rights over trash are subject to litigation, and laws can vary widely by location. After being found liable for child support for a daughter of a lesbian couple he gave sperm to, a Kansas man was able to appeal and be absolved. A gay man in Essex had the same problem with semen given to a coworker in the 90's, and even anonymous donors through banks or rape victims have faced the challenge. Women have taken condoms from the trash and sued for support after implantation. Generally a man has no reasonable expectation of getting back his semen once it leaves his body in sex, so it is often treated as a "gift" by law. Unless someone successfully legally protects their DNA against "unauthorized duplication" just keep in mind ANYTIME semen+women =baby is possible. Think before you nut. Protect yourself and be smart.
Condoms people, use them.
Okay just give me a moment
