Except for the background music. Have you heard it? They used traditional instruments, and then there was Heimr Árndalr, which was was done in Old Norse that I actually understood upon hearing. The beginning vocal song, which was based on sami joiking, sounded nice but was a bit confusing, seeing as they mixed it with a Danish song. That part of the movie was underrated. But the musical numbers? Like Let It Go? Overrated.
Compared to minions, Olaf is actually kind of a good character. Without the minions, he's just kind of COMEDIC RELIEF! And that's it. SNOWMAN JOKE. It's funny because he's a SNOWMAN. GET IT? LAUGH AND GIVE US MONEY.
He's just not very entertaining to me. While he's not an idiot, unlike minions, he is too repetitive and boring for him to be an actually interesting character.
