The guy that is "selling" this is the founder of a band, Vulfpeck, that went on an admission free tour, after collecting royalties from Spotify for an album called 'Sleepify', which consists of ten 30 second tracks of just silence.

I just searched sleepify on spotify and only found actual tracks with sound
