How is it holding it up by an antennae? I am very doubtful. Unless this is upside down

This is actually very real, ants are pure muscle and exoskeleton and lift things 100 times their own weight with ease. This is a weaver ant so it's approx 5mg and that bee is around 220mg (average is like 200mg) so it's lifting something 40 times it's own weight. Gotta love ants

But how is the antenna supporting the Bee?

The bit where the ant is holding is the scape, the scape is made of exoskeleton and the bees body is on an angle so the segment where the scape and the other part of the antenna, the pedicel, lock. Everything is attached to everything, unlike us most of the bees outer body is hard so things don't flop around when being picked up.
