No one should be punching each other BUT!!!
1) as a man if a woman is punching you, you have EVERY right to hit her back but restraining her or pushing her away might be the better option and remember your strength may be more than hers so keep that in mind.
2) women: just because you think that a man can't hit you back does not give you the right to punch him or hit him, that's just cuntish behaviour and you should be ashamed of yourself.
3) if you're in a relationship where hitting each other or getting into fist fights is the norm: maybe you should break up, no matter how much you love each other.
4) if you think violence is the first thing you should do in an argument or have been provoked, you have issues and need therapy. This goes for both sexes. Unless you are being sexually assaulted or harrassed, violence is not the first option.
Guys, men literally have more muscle mass and can inflict more damage to a woman than she can to him. I'm not saying women can hit men, but that is the specific reason to why men are told not to hit women

Hence why I said "remember your strength" I mean if a guy is going to hit a girl don't use your full strength.
Well then yeah I guess you could go full welly but she might go all Mussolini on your face lol

Well by grouping men and women together, I meant the average. But if you see someone who has a smaller amount of muscle mass compared to you, don't fight them. And just don't fight people
In domestic violence cases, there are more cases started by the woman, typically by slapping or hitting, and and reported by the man, the difference is, the men tend to inflict more damage, leaving brusies and bleeding...
In Gay and Lesbian couples, lesbians have a much higher domestic rate than gay man.
Okay.
Number one: the idea is right. If a PERSON physically harms another PERSON, then that person deserves equal treatment regardless of gender.
But,
Number two: that doesn't make this post incorrect at all. The post is still right and the situation is still fucked up.
Can you punch a woman in self-defense? Yes, that's equality. But domestic abuse is a big issue and if you're happy that equality means you can punch women, there's a problem in your brain. Also, men are on average stronger than women, which means they can hurt us more even if they don't realize it. So unless a female martial arts master attacked you, you shouldn't use your full force on a woman. And really, just don't punch people. It's not cool.
It's meant to be funny, but it's scary for women because to me, this says "no matter how 'equal' we are, men will still have power over you" (physical strength). It flips this notion of equality on its head by recalling one of the most prominent threats to women's safety: men beating them.
