I can top that, I worked at a call center for sprint about 6 years ago, anyway the customer I had was dumb as bricks (couldn't find the battery or power button for their phone, this was before touch screen phones became the norm) anyway once I managed to get their phone on and working (took almost 2 hours, made me miss my lunch) I told them to hang up.
