You know what would be funny? Dressing up in similar outfits as doctors and nurses and lounging around hospitals! Nothing could go wrong and we'll get lots of subscribers.

It's a Best Buy. No one's gonna walk up to a Best Buy employee and ask them to perform surgery.

This is distracting and not really funny. Security is watching them and not anyone else who may be stealing.

They're lucky they didn't get arrested.

What, precisely, could they get arrested for?

Retail stores are not public property and entering the property for any reason other to shop is trespassing. Particularly persons dressed to impersonate the employees with the intent to decieve.

That many impersonators could provide a poor customer service experience and also presents a significant security risk. Best Buy is a company that takes security very seriously. They should have been arrested.

But they weren't impersonating store employees. They didn't go into the back. They didn't work the registers. They didn't even help customers. They just stood there, looking around. One of them, you will recall, just said he was "waiting for his wife".
I've been in stores lots of times without buying; its called window shopping. No one has arrested me for that.
I think maybe your underwear is on too tight. Relax.

Wow, Best Buy handled that pretty poorly. Assuming everyone was trying to steal their stuff? Well, I guess that tracks: you always assume that in other people which you think about in yourself. They know they rip people off, and are on constant guard for people flipping the script on them.
