Nah. I'm aussie. I'd just kill it outright with my shoe, even though there's not really any roaches around anyway. When it comes to spiders though, I take them outside.

I found a fat 2 inch long sucker outside while having a stogie... dude dipped before I could squash him. At least he was outside.
