Tell you what, to be properly fair and for scientific posterity, I will go to my local Chipotle for lunch sometime this comming week. The last time I went to one it was in Tennessee approximately two years ago. I was thoroughly unimpressed. I have One near me in New England, I will give them the benefit of the doubt for purposes of a wider sample size.
Keep in mind that my biggest issue with them is their irresponsible leveraging of the unscientific "Naturalistic Fallacy" in their marketing. Everything they advertise as to why their food is "better" is a bunch of hippie crystal clutching bullshit.
Good food or not, I have trouble supporting them with my consumer dollars.
Oh yeah, I don't like the way they market like that either... but my stomach doesn't care. Actually my biggest issue is guac used to be $1.35, now it's $1.75. They have awesome guac and I always get extra on the side with some chips so that has become annoying.
In summary: It was pretty OK. Tasty, but didn't quite live up to the hype. I had tacos and the guy making them wasn't shy about absolutely stuffing them to bursting. Thats a plus, I was served sour cream on the side and dipped the tacos as I ate them.
Summary of the summary: It was good and I'll (eventually) eat there again.

...Chipotle... is the worst... by far.
There you go, all better.
Freebirds = Free bowel movements at the one near me :/
