It's the Yangzhou Zhongshuge bookstore in Yangzhou, China.

It's not as evident in this picture, but it would appear that the shelves have a plexiglass "guardrail" and some of the shelves seem they might be canted.

It's the entry hallway to a book store in China and it has won international design awards.
