This looks like a non functional prototype mock up, but guess what? Milwaukee Tools has a real one and has for close to two years now. Two actually, a sweatshirt and a jacket and it uses their M12 batteries.

Bosch and deadly also have them, and one of the three makes a vest I think. Also starting to see similar things in some of the outdoor stores up here
