I think I downloaded the wrong version of puberty... all it did for me is give me zits. How do I get the one that makes me hot?

You can get that DLC by paying about 1 million dollars to a qualified plastic surgeon.

Sadly I can't afford those prices... I hear Sephora sells a cheaper knock off of that version, maybe I'll invest in that

If you can afford 25k I can get to you to a plastic surgeon who lost his medical license, but somehow managed to develop nanomachines in the process. Pretty generous guy, all things told. He'll sneeze health at you.

The guys got beards, the girls got makeup. Both got better haircuts. That's literally it.
