Misplaced albino young male ambling along the surface of a body of water, at first perceived as a river, but after further consideration, appears to be a bayou, in a aquatic vehicle known by many as a canoe.

I feel like Caillou in the Bayou would be a good show featuring Cailou as an 8 year old who moves to the Bayou and has adventures. And it would be targeted at a slightly older audience.
