No, this isn't funny. They pay for that service, and you using it against their will, or knowledge, makes it theft.

Theft is good kids. Especially considering it's a victimless crime as no extra charge is granted to the ex, so the only person losing out here is Netflix, and they got plenty of money as is

PS, am not advocating for robbing banks, just pointing out that victimless crime isn't really a crime in my mind
It is a dick move but obviously it isnt doing any harm to the ex and it doesn't affect their Netflix accounts or bill. And if they change their password than his fun is over so no harm no foul.
