But how did they measure the 100 dragon, ladder height?

I hope there's a big room to practice fighting up there. What are they called? Dojo?

Is this a good or a bad addition for the natural scene?
I think what they build is too obvious & too big that it ruins the scene.
Also, think of the trash from the tourist.
If they throw something down the cliff, I doubt anyone can clean it. It will stay there forever.
