Yeah. Funnily enough, I think this was from the episode where he goes to France

No. This was the episode called "Back to School, Mr Bean". He goes to a school open day & fete (it's a chance to let people have a look around the school, see what classes are available and gives the school a chance to do some fundraising), he cannot find a space to park his car so he proceeds to move another car (identical to his) which is unlocked and parks in its space. He meanwhile goes into the school, a whole escapade of shenanigans occurs inside and he runs off outside. He chooses a cake to purchase, unaware that his car is moved behind him and is crushed by a tank in a demonstration by the territorial army. He turns around and finds his car crushed.

The TV show somehow got you emotionally attached to someone else's car

But he LOVES that car!

And he looked soo sad when it got crushed.

I can't believe that some people didn't knew about this scene. It was heart wrenching.
