To everyone else; for stuff like these, if theres a quality that all but one thing share, then the one missing that quality is the odd one. Its all about what's similar.

That still means it could be the circle or the yellow one, all but one are square / all but one are red
The correct answer is the first one. Because all stand out for something be it sizes, colour, border or shape. But that one shares similarities with all the rest

There is no correct answer I think, they're all correct
The odd one out is the only one that isn't unique in any way. They all have something that makes them different. So the one that's really different is the only one that isn't actually different. Therefore it's the odd one out, because it's the only one that doesn't stand out.
It could be the green square, as all the other shapes are red, or it's the borderless red square as all the other shapes have a border
Both answers would be valid
It could also be the red circle, since it's the only circle, or the last square that is of a different size than the others. But then it could also be the first square, since all others can be valid answers to odd one out, but then it becomes a valid answer, making a paradox.
I think it's the first one on the left. All of the others have one trait that separates them from the rest (no border, circle, green, small). The first is the only one hat can't be singled out as the outlier, which paradoxically makes it the outlier.
Both answers would be valid
