They're literal monsters, born from mud, that take pride in enslaving and butchering humans. Some wear the necklaces of their victims' bones or impale skulls on spikes sticking out of their armor or even make aprons out of human skin. How you could possibly feel sorry for them is beyond me.

Big muscles, teeth, what more could you want? Of course, I prefer the green skinned orcs, but this is LOTR....

Maybe people should realize that conflict, discomfort and mistreatment are driving plots in a FICTIONAL STORY. You're not supposed to like or be comfortable with everything.

Isn't this an endorsement of how good a job the developers did? Aeris being a bundle of polygons didn't make her death any less real for some FF7 players. Sometimes, people get really absorbed in fictional worlds. Like that bitter sweet moment you have after finishing a book series, like Harry Potter, knowing that your journey is finally at its end but knowing that you'll never be able to return to its world for new adventures.

It would be an endorsement if the article doesn't condemn the studio and development for making such a convincing aspect of the game for being racist having achieved that. Then again, all I've read is this meme. My knowledge to make a decision is incomplete.
