Maybe a heat pad of she doesn't have one, maybe some water or Gatorade to help her stay hydrated.
Pain relievers wouldn't go amiss either.
She doesn't "need" you, but your assistance and thoughtfulness will surely be appreciated.

If you love her, I mean really and truly... why not? Sometimes people need help.
I mean, curled up in a fetal position near tears on a Saturday afternoon is a shitty way to spend the weekend. Why not show her you care and bring things to try and help her feel better?
I don't think she even needs to be a S/O either. If you're a good and decent human and her freind, why not? "Freindzone" be damned. Care for each other. Be good humans, even if you're so close, you'll end up as her "maid" of honor and she'll be your best "man" at each others weddings.
