As long as you’re not far from the legal age of consent, and it’s with no one over that age, I think it’s okay. Like the legal age is 16 here, but if you’re 15 and your partner is 16, I don’t see anything wrong with that

The government that governs where I live views that as a sexual assault charge. Even a year early can get you in trouble. Stay on the safe side, you don't want to be the person who has to explain why they have a sexual assault charge or worse for consensual sex with someone who was technically underage.
