atleast they do something instead of just stay silent / write text's on the internet about it. it have more effect if you go where the people are.
Yes but they're being a nuisance. I'd probably grab a jug and start drinking it right in front of them out of sheer spite just to show them how much I care about their beliefs

the problem is.. the people inside the factory don't give a s*it about it.. they live from this factory.. they don't stop because this. but in a Supermarket as an example is the chance higher to get people on your side. best example for the effect is that we are now writing about it and discuss. so i would say the effect is there :)
Young male cows are killed as part of the dairy process unless theyre studs. Males are just extra mouths to feed. But then there wouldnt be this many cows if people didnt eat meat and milk. That said i aint a vegan. Cow is delicious - but its worth knowing all the facts
Surviving and living aren't the same thing, otherwise the debate for "living wage" would make no sense. The implication here is that livestock are denied a quality of life through use of violence and force. I don't agree with their overall stance, and feel the way they are trying to raise awareness will likely activate and alienate at least 5 people for any one that comes to their cause because of it. However in any debate if one seeks to undermine the others position on basis of intelligence, one must come from the high ground of intellect to do so. As pointed out the idea they are dumb is easily countered leaving anyone with that position looking dumb themselves, and where an audience may be swayed one way or another, weakening the overall position. The issue with both stances is a lack of understanding and thought on the issue. Opinions differ, but to be defensible one must have facts, and to be morally "right" one must understand what the issue is to begin with.
They have a point, somewhere, even if they don't know. Beef (or really the production of beef) is the most polluting kind of meat we eat. By far. Pork, lamb/mutton and chicken are far less polluting. So even if you don't care about how cows are treated, not eating beef contributes to cleaner air, less greenhouse gas, etc.
