Yea I'd definitely tile the bathroom, but otherwise I would love to have a house like that.

Idk my friend has wood and tiles in the bathroom in her parents' house, but they have a gap between the wood planks and a space under them so the water can drip there and not soak the wood. In the pictures of this minihouse we don't see the floor so maybe he has something like that too, but still I'd be afraid that the water will soak the walls and make them moldy.

Now that I think about it I'm pretty sure you can seal the wood so it's water resistant. And I imagine they put some kind of waterproof liner between the wall and wood. After all the inside of saunas are almost exclusively wood.

That is true but saunas are kept under extremely high temperatures, aren't they? The wood dries quickly, not leaving much space for the water to soak in.

Is it not 75 ft^3? You know, just because volume and stuff
