Around 2.30 or 2.60 in Mexico (if you buy the most expensive packs). Why are those fuckers that cheap? I certainly don't know, cigarettes here are way too cheap, they even sell individual cigs in my fucking campus to everyone, no exceptions, they prob make like 500 usd a day.

probably because they aren't taxed to death? I know in KY the cigs I normally buy are like $3.50 a pack, in TX they are $6, and in NY they are like $9
