Honestly same cause if I really did get hit that itself can get someone sued even if it fell right next to me and I just got hit by a bit of debris

It happened to a girl in my class in middle school, we just laughed and moved to another classroom. In America college tuition is so fucking high you take every chance you get to see your money back, but here it would just have been a waste of everyone's time and nobody was injured so no one even thought of sueing the school.
