My father in law does this lol Sometimes he'll sit in line measuring stuff in stores too. He likes messing with people.We went shopping once and he was measuring chip racks, shopping carts, the conveyor belt then telling the people around us "In case you were curious that chip rack is 4'5"" or whatever. In checkout the cashier was telling him his total and dad in law goes "Ok but hold on. I wanna see how far you're standing from me" he pulled out his measuring tape and the guy stood there looking a little freaked out. Dad in law measures then says "hmm yep just as I suspected 3 feet."

That is In and Out how the hell is it taking forever? Longest I ever been in that line is 5 minutes and I started at the end of a VERY long line.

In n Out is normally quick but theres been times where I was in line for atleast 20 min

If this is the In n Out I suspect it is, at lunch time the line can easily be 40 min long. Where this dude is in the line means he's been there for 25 min already... if it's lunch time.
