WE GOT EGGS TOAST HASHBROWNS WAFFLES PANCAKES BACON SAUSAGE AND MUCH MORE THESE FOODS AINT GONNA LEAVE YOU IN 3 HOURS LIKE YOUR WEAK SAUCE BREAKFAST THESE ARE THE WORKING MANS FOOD STAY WITH YOU FOR THE WHOLE DAY GIVING YOU ENERGY
All that refined sugar and those heavy carbohydrates are just going to go sit in your fat reserves if you don't work it off. Only people who exercise heavily or are body builders need a large breakfast.
Peachy, you wanna talk about heart attack inducing? Everything in a full English breakfast is fried. Fried bread, fried hash, fucking bubble and squeak, the sausage and the black pudding, the tomato, pretty much everything but the beans. There's a reason that a full English is also called a "fry-up". Compare that to my personal favorite breakfast, Two fluffy southern-style biscuits, smothered in maple-sausage gravy, with a fried egg and a side of hashbrowns. Now, while the egg and hashbrowns are fried, the sheer volume of fried food in my preferred breakfast is significantly lower, and I don't think biscuits and gravy has very much sugar.

Please read my link above.
Why would you put scones with the gravy? That's weird and disgusting.

Okay, when I google “american breakfast” and “english breakfast” i get basically the same thing, with eggs and beans and stuff. So both American and English breakfasts are delicious. The american breakfast I was referring to in my previous comment (the one I personally don’t like) is the one with all the pancakes and waffles and shit. All that sugar is just not for me, especially not early in the morning. As a dessert maybe, but even then it’s a bit much. Then again I’m not really a fan of extremely sweet food in general
I'm not taking healthy eating advice from a country of unhealthy eaters.
