Legitimate question here. I can't tell if:
1. the headline was actually changed in the way that he meant, since the photo doesn't seem to show the entire headline's new title,
2. if the "bravo" by OP was sarcastic because it sort of seems like they just added her name and literally that's all, without mentioning the fact that she was a co-writer, or
3. if kumail was being sarcastic from the start by implying "I did not enjoy you covering this, why not make it worse by adding her name so everyone can know even more details about the difficulties we faced"?
The rest of the title was "which inspired them to write The Big Sick," so they fixed it appropriately. And I would say the original message was equal parts genuine and passive aggressive. They love the coverage, but that really did probably drive him nuts.
