Yeah I was being (half) serious. I used to work at a mental hospital once and you wouldn't wanna know the amount of pyromaniac firefighters this institution has seen.
Probably a lot. With the easterfires around here the firefighters are always the ones continuesly poking the fire and it is pretty fun to see but also pretty psycological. I know that most of them have dragged burned people dead and alive out of fires or even lost colleages because of it
We are well versed in all sides of the fire. Some use our power for good, while some are seduced by the dark side. And others just like to have a little fun with it now and again.
If you live near a fire station you get used to the sirens pretty quickly. We have one *directly* behind our house and a police station about two blocks over. It’s an amazingly safe area to live, but when I first moved in the sirens sucked. A week later I didn’t notice them.
