Aren’t people composed mainly of water, which has more hydrogen than oxygen? If so, shouldn’t the hydrogen percentage be higher? Unless of course it’s the precentage of weight or volume instead of atom count

At the level of precision this claims you could throw off the numbers with minor dietary differences. Ate a mushroom this week? Your selenium is high. Ate a Brazil nut today? Your radium is through the roof. Had sushi recently? Your iodine is elevated. Enjoyed some tuna? Hello elevated mercury levels. Used some Pepto-Bismol? You're now full of bismuth.
