How about saving your PTO for a decent vacation time? If your job doesn't offer you PTO then plan ahead ask off for vacation.

Just secretly put your baby up for adoption.

Or secretly be a surrogate. That way you get paid, rather than spending a considerable fortune on maternity care.

What I don't like is some ladies I know complaining that they don't get maternity leave for their second child because they had it RIGHT after their first and complain constantly about it... (you need 600 hours of work in a year to qualify)

A child takes 9 months... You only need to work about 17 hours a week in nine months to make 600 hours... Most people I know work 40 - 60 hours a week... Am I missing something?

And if they just had their first child they don't want to go back to work because that means missing out on time with the child ...

That would be called paternity leave, and you should get it if you're a new dad.

Lots of places don't offer any kind of paternity leave.
