Having preferences isn't allowed anymore, don't you know that?
Like I thought we have made that clear in 2016
If you don't find someone attractive, you're racist/sexist/homophobic
And someone gonna get triggered
What a person finds attractive is up to them. It shouldn't need explained or shamed. There are certain traits we can stereotype as being more common to certain backgrounds, and if you like those traits one of those people may be better for you. But race doesn't exist universally as a scientific thing. Ideas about race and who fits what are different world wide. A baby's appearance is based on genetics, not race. Since most people don't know their genes we just assume that looks are a good indicator of traits to expect from a baby. If she said "I only date men who look like me or my family" that is a preference. If she says "I don't date outside my race" that is racist. It assumes all people of your race look like you and all people of different races can't. It uses an arbitrary concept as a measuring stick and is scientifically provably false. She could find a light skinned Egyptian or other man and have a baby that looks like her. It's racist by default as race is her concern.
There is only one race, the human race. Having physical preferences with whom you procreate isn’t racist. Yeah ok she’s worded it a bit odd, but if she wants her kidlets to look like her, then she’s going to pick people with similar physical traits. She could of had dark skin and said what she said, she could have been of Asian descent and said that. It dosnt make her raceist. It’s just her preference....... what we should be focusing on I said why does she feel the need to publicity annocence her preference, that’s more interesting in my opinion
I don't think that's fair to say. I think it may depend on culture and upbringing as well as other factors. I have lived a lonng time in a major city known for diversity. Most people I meet either tend towards people of other races, or don't really care for race only certain traits that may be more common to certain groups. But I have also lived in more rural areas where people tended to go "like for like" and in both you could find people who felt different than the majority. Even other countries tend to either a majority of "sticking with their own" or finding foreigners attractive, but again you'll find people who feel different. Several theories actually posit we seek mates with enough genetic difference to ensure healthier offspring, and that the psychological preferences we manifest have more to do with what we are exposed to in impressionable development and through significant experiences.
And
But I am always cute
