The good news is that this is a screen grab from a video done with YouTuber @FaZeRug. I've found no evidence the make a wish foundation made such a mistake, and this is just a joke. I also found out in my research that snopes actually had to start a page for "make a wish foundation bankrupt by child wishing for infinite wishes" at one point- which sounds like an onion headline to me.

I kinda read Nickelback instead of Nickleodeon and I'm not sure what is worse when you're expecting the real Drake...
