And make sure they actually take you seriously about it cause some people think it's just a diet fad, not an actual issue that can cause pain and damage

The only people who you will ever know eat organic gluten-free food are the ones who tell you about it. Therefore it seems like everyone who eats organic gluten-free food tells everyone about it.
