Which episode is this? I thought it was from 4-2 when she's about to steal a sandwich from a classmate but the background doesn't seem right.
EDIT : oh isn't this the same episode, so 4-2, when Katy's about to make a stain on her sweater? I seem to recognize Parker in the back. And that's the only episode where I remember her making this eye move.
