Ya just gotta get ur sleep schedule together.i took advantage of going on vacation in a different time zone to start going to bed earlier and look at me 3 months of "in bed by 11 asleep by 12"
Do you get off the phone or screen immediately before going to bed? Not a good idea. Do something like read or play sudoku to relax before bed. Screens make you less tired
had it pretty much all my life, my mum says i never slept well as a baby, spent about 8 months of the year getting 1-2 hours worth of sleep each night. Now i get about 3-4 and mostly just rest laying down, you get used to it.
Ahah this is so true, I had insomnia for about 3 years due to severe stress and grief (so I got 1-2 hours of sleep a night, 2 if I was lucky) and my friends would be like "me toooo! I can't sleep either I get like 5 hours". They didn't get it which was okay, I didn't hold anything against them, just got annoying sometimes.
I go to bed at 10 and fall asleep by 1.
