States should do what GA did with its lotto program. All tax proceeds from the lotto, according to a state constitutional amendment, go straight to the education system. Get better than a 3.0 in a GA high school and you GA public university tuition is (or at least up to the mid 90’s, we haven’t lived there since then) free.
That's a damn good system. Side note... After HS I was offered a full-ride to Emory. but I lived right outside ATL as a kid and knew I'd hate everything about it so I said no. NO RAGRETS.
Depends on what context you’re talking about. Like medically I know of stories where it’s helping kids with seizures and I’m sure other medical conditions. If you mean some parent just smoking weed with their underage kid for recreational purposes, that’s not exactly okay. But IMO anyone 18 or over should be able to indulge if they wish, and if their parents also indulge, I see nothing wrong with that.
I hear you, personally I started smoking around 13 or 14, there was only one time I smoked with my dad when I was maybe around 17 or 18, mostly cause he was pretty drunk, and he actually apologized for it the following day. Though, I think he was apologizing for being so drunk more than sharing weed with me... Hell, I knew kids in college who have taken acid with their parents, which I don’t have anything against it just seems super weird
As much as I love weed, let your damn brain develop first. All good things to those who wait...
I've smoked with my mom, but I was 24 the first time we did that. She also ate all my cookies once... THAT was hilarious... she turned into a rock for like 15 hrs.

Real question is... why not both?
