When you have a leak in the basement, you really don't want to wait to fix it.

I'd be paranoid that the glass would crack while I'm asleep....

Pretty sure they just invented a boat. Just Sayin'

What's the expected life of those homes? I can see those being abandon and becoming derelict and eye sores in 10-20yrs if not sooner.
