First hand education

I would value their opinion on all those things. Far above the “common sense” wisdom of people stuck in the same rut for years.
14 is a great age for a combination of intellectual thought and imagination. Very innovative ideas come from teenagers. Most of them don’t work in the first draft but can be very valuable as a new approach to concepts.

I never said I'd value it, just that it's valid. An opinion can't be wrong, sometimes people just don't have all the facts needed, but even then that doesn't make their opinion less valid.
Using a 14 year olds opinion as a solid fact is different.

It's not weather their point is valid or not. it's the fact 14yr olds are know it alls. The joke isn't 14yr olds are invalid the joke is they are know it alls.
