Why is YouTube so against swearing? It's a way of expressing yourself nowadays, doesn't even have that much stigma anymore.

It's all about money nowadays.. I really liked pewdiepies videos from the past. He did a lot of gaming videos, swear a lot when he played rage or horror games.. It was fun. But because youtube advrrtisers he nowadays just making "family friendly" videos. No swearing, no gaming.. And if he plays a game he does it just for like 3-5 minutes and is cutting a lot of video material away.. I don't watch his videos anymore. Vlogs, shitty "meme reviews" who are not rly entertaining and short.. And his video titles are shitty to. You don't know anymore what he will do in a video based on the title.. Sometimes the video even is about a complete different topic than the title says.. It's just garbage the last time.. German youtubers have the same problem.. They can't do what they always did because youtube says "nope".. I didn't watched a yt video for like 1 month because that.. It's getting worse and worse..

You can swear as much as you like (for the most part) it's just advertisers are averse to it. It'll stay up, you just won't make money from ads. If you want to make the big money on youtube, Patreon is the way to go.

Youtube is driving me up the fucking wall its rediculous. Seriously just demonitize everything censor everything. Its all going to be cat videos and weak memes and buzzfeed who btw break youtubes own policy but get away with it.

It's ironic that corporations that fuck the environment, have sweatshops all around the world and fuck every body over, don't want to place their ads on non-PC videos. Fuck them all

Nah, they demonetize "pc" videos too. Gay videos, black videos, trans videos, etc. They just want watered down milk videos.
