I read Geodudes and thought, sure those rocks look a little bit like armless geodudes, but what does that have to do with writing??
It took me way too long to realise I'd misread...

The geodes on the bottom have been dyed, though. Those aren't natural color.
It wouldn't be as disappointing without the massive breaks, it leaves too much time to build expectations between episodes. Apparently people who binge the series have greater enjoyment the second time through.
I can imagine why. I love SU but the breaks between episodes are infuriating. I sometimes forget what happened last time because it's been months since the last big bunch of episodes was released.
Yeah, they hype it up but by the time the episode comes out it just is frustrating. Two episodes every month or so? That's ridiculous and unprofessional. They need to make a weekly schedule or something!
Yeah, exactly. I get that they need to gather inspiration somehow, and making them put out new episodes every week may force them to make the episodes less creative and less quality, but that was something they were supposed to solve much earlier. Like, plan ahead, write the first season, then publish it weekly. Write the second season, I don't care if it takes a year to do, but then publish it weekly. Making random mid-season breaks just appears disjointed and unprofessional.
