Electricity doesn't just automatically go to the metal, it follows the path of least resistance. At most you'd get maybe a very minor skin burn from it but with how far the placements are from the nipples, as I said one over the heart and one off to the side, it wouldn't be close enough to do much.
I think that depends on how much magnetic permeability the piercing material has. If it doesn't have a lot, you shouldn't get too much induced current.
I’ve had them pierced twice- horizontally and then vertically. ((Not at the same time, I took the first set out for pregnancy and then had them redone.)) (With vertical piercings you can use belly button jewelry!) Anyway, there will be burns if you need to be shocked back alive, but it’d be worth it... ya know- to live.

And no, you can’t breastfeed with them in. But when you remove them to either pump or breastfeed the milk will come out of the piercing holes too. It’s a weird but cool thing to see!
OK if they put the defibrillator on you nipple and you live make sure to get a lawyer because that wasn't a doctor and they didn't have a clue what they were doing.
I have a complete thigh piece in addition to 8 other various Tattoo places, 8 piercings, and plan to get more over time. It was expensive, but it’s worth it.
Never been big on getting piercings, but I have wanted tattoos for a long while now.
On my left arm I'll get a sleeve to match what my dad has on his right arm.
My right arm will get a piece in memory of my brother.
And I'd like to get a have a Combat Medical Badge on my chest if and when I earn the actual badge.
I'll probably come up with more, so far as I'm concerned my body is my temple and my canvas.
Any one trained to use one will know that they are to get as close to the skin as they can and remove all metal(watch piercing ect) and if they have a bra that has under wire that to while trying to keep the decency of the person
In some cases, they remove them before using the defibrillator, but this is sometimes done by merely ripping them out. If left in, the electricity will probably not fry your nips OFF, but it will hurt like a mother fucker when you wake up. However, seeing as you needed to be brought back to life using a defibrillator, this will be the least of your problems.
Then I remember I don't want to breastfeed
And now I have new concern
