Me too, especially where I had part of my fingertip sewed back together a few months ago, though most of the time it's numb because of how deeply it was cut.

Lol, one of my thumbs has a similar situation

It's not for no reason, it's something similar to phantom limb.

I needed two internal stitches and three external, I knew I severed a nerve the second I cut myself because the finger went instantly numb.

I’ve read it, I’m not a huge fan. There are a lot of fan theories that are much better/more plausible than the official plot they went with.
