Obese shouldn't be able to rent out those scooter things. Unless they can prove that they actually have a permanent, non-controllable disability, then they should just have to walk like everyone else. Side note: apparently video-gaming is now a mental disorder?
Gaming Addiction, yeah. It's been added to the DSM but there's not really any evidence to back it up. I think it's just cause gaming is such a big thing nowadays, you can become addicted to anything, gaming has just become a popular example when some individuals get involved to an unhealthy amount.
I have no idea, considering it's now a considered disorder than I presume so. However I'm not sure what benefits you mean except maybe having money off therapy from a mental health plan.
For starters we have no clue what they have it could be a heart condition or anything. 2 I wouldn't be surprised if they never ASKED if the boy could move to the front. Because my mother has to use these due to her heart and all the many health conditions she has. But if that little boy or his parents said excuse me I was wondering would you trade places with me/my son. She would GLADLY HAVE MOVED!!!
And SO FUCKING WHAT if they are large and rent out the chairs for themselves. I went to Disneyland and due to my breathing problem I have my doctor told me no matter what my size was I would still need a scooter. So I fully embarrassed got one. And it was 70 bucks.
The way people bitch about people on the internet like this pisses me off. It is always like this "can you believe these people can't they see what they are doing is upsetting me?"
This is just like the one with the guy bitching the girl in the seat in front of him had her hair in his way. None of them ever say they even asked!
Lots of things can inhibit people from maintaining a healthy weight, but it doesn't mean that it's impossible or that people should stop trying. There are too many people that give up too easily and use medical issues as a crutch.
I know, I’m one of them. I am just making the point that a fat person on a scooter may not be on the scooter because they are fat, the fact that they need a scooter may have made them fat over time.
