I don’t want to offend people but those aren’t intrusive thoughts it’s just our mind playing out scenarios and intrusive thought has nothing to do with your current situation and it drives you out of your current situation. Sorry again.
It can get intrusive if you are constantly being bugged by it and it affects your daily functioning negatively, technically then qualifying as one of the three criteria of when something is a mental disorder.
